The easiest for me to paint is this composition was the sunflower. It is quite a challenge to get a copper kettle right. I had to be careful about painting all the subtle changes of values and color to capture likeness. I'm using cool light for the set up and sometimes it is hard to see what color shadow or light are. I know that shadows need to be warm and light cool, but I need some more practice with seeing that.

The clear red tea cup was fun to paint. Especially the pure cad red light in the left reflection. I got very excited when I saw it.
